Mr. Baalasubramaniyan Ne., a Company Secretary in practice and a partner of GRNK & Associates, Company Secretaries Firm, is a commerce graduate, Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and a Post graduate in Business Administration. He has commendable experience in the Corporate Secretarial and Compliance functions for more than 15 years. He has served as a Company Secretary and Compliance Officer in renowned corporate groups such as Sun Network, Ashok Leyland, Hinduja Group etc.
During his corporate stint, he has handled the areas of IPO, joint ventures, SEBI compliances, issue and listing of NCDs, FEMA/RBI/NHB compliances, Corporate Due Diligence, Corporate Restructuring & Mergers and various other corporate actions. He is equipped with phenomenal intellectual competence and a sedulous attitude.His areas of expertise include FEMA, SEBI, RBI and NHB related compliances. He is serving as Independent Director of HLF Services since 2022.
